Ancaster Agricultural Society
Almost a year in the making, the new Ancaster Agricultural Society brand identity is a huge step forward for this longstanding Hamilton-based organization.
The AAS, founded in 1850, hosts the well-known Ancaster Fair every September. But itβs so much more than that.
This volunteer-run, multi-building facility and ag society is a champion for agricultural education and sustainability, as well as a year round rental space for the surrounding community.
Our challenge was to develop a visual identity that communicates and represents the longstanding history and legacy of the organization while also communicating the many offerings and expanded vision of the Ancaster Agricultural Society as it moves into future endeavours.
The process involved multiple trips to visit the campus, member surveys, meetings with the board and committee members, and developing a full-scope visual identity, website, and marketing strategy.
And then of course, roll out and launch.
Itβs been a journey of true brand discovery and strategy and weβre so, so excited to see it continue to grow and evolve and in the years to come.
